Gete-okosomin

Three large scale floating “seed pods” reference a story about seeds long thought to be extinct, found viable 850 years later in a small vessel by the Menomonee people. These ancient squash seeds, suspended in time, evoke the promise contained in seeds and the cultural heritage passed along through the practice of seed saving.
